*WONDERFUL F-GRADE STYLE REMINGTON MODEL 11-48 SEMI-AUTO SHOTGUN.

SN 5010143. Cal. 12 ga. 2-3/4″ cham, 26″ bbl vent rib, over Cutts compensator. Bbl markings and “F” are hand engraved surrounded by foliate scroll. Underside of bbl marked with Remington service codes. Receiver is full coverage heavy arabesque scroll with stippled background. Left side engraved with field hunting scene featuring two quail in flight and two pointing dogs, all four animals inlaid in silver metal. Right side engraved with marsh scene featuring three ducks in flight inlaid in silver metal. Bottom of receiver is marked “Remington / Model 11-48”. Bolt and elevator are jeweled. Gun is fitted with select fancy figured walnut with bold figure with beautifully checkered forend and uncapped pistol grip buttstock. Red vented Bishop recoil pad. LOP 13-1/2″ over pad. CONDITION: Very fine. Barrel and receiver retains virtually all blue with some thinning on high edges. Lead duck on right side receiver has some discoloration to inlay.
