SN AA1740. Cal. 25-20. Take-down. 24″ bbl, standard sights. Uncapped pistol grip. Remington/UMC marked crescent buttplate. Left side of buttstock marked “PROPERTY / WINNEBAGO / COUNTY, ILL / BANKERS FED”. Circa 1923. CONDITION: Very good +. Bbl retains nearly all of its orig blue with small light oxidation spot under bbl address on left side of bbl. Handling marks/wear each side of bbl ahead of frame. Mag tube and action bar show blue loss from action being worked. Appears to retain most of its orig wood finish with slight crazing. Very nice Model 25. 50426-19 TJW (1,250-1,750) C&R – Lot 1243
