Larger doll is on a fully jointed German toddler body, with the remnants of the original mohair wig. He has brown glass sleep eyes, an open mouth and no teeth. Smaller doll is on the original 5-pc bent limb body and wears the original blond mohair wig over plaster pate, has blue glass sleep eyes, and an open mouth with two lower teeth. SIZE: Larger:19″ t (49cm). Smaller: 13-1/2″ t (34cm). PROVENANCE: The Madelyn Trotter Collection. CONDITION: Larger doll has small surface chip at back of neck socket as well as a dent in the front center torso, a chipped right thumb and slight paint wear.
