SN 13519. Cal. 22 LR. 24″ oct bbl, Savage micrometer rear sight. Early style forend. Takedown receiver embellished on side panels with scrolls and line borders. Top of receiver engraved with diamond and oval pattern. Buttstock nicely figured walnut with uncapped pistol grip, checkered in handsome A pattern. Crescent steel buttplate. Removable Savage marked box magazine. CONDITION: Good. Bbl retains majority of dulling blue. Action bar and forend rod have silvered. Receiver retains a generous amount of orig high polish factory blue with areas browning and wear and fine scratching. Trigger guard and tangs have gone to worn patina. Forend and buttstock have been refinished. Checkering dulled and has repaired crack through wrist, bolt has been added through face of grip to strengthen repair. Magazine finish matted blue.
