SCARCE MARTIALLY MARKED COLT 1851 NAVY NAVY REVOLVER.

SN 58799. Cal. 36. 7-1/2 oct bbl, brass cone front sight with New York City bbl address, 6-shot cylinder with Ormsby Naval battle scene and 3-screw frame not cut for shoulder stock. Left side of frame marked “Colts Patent” with “U.S.” A large iron guard and backstrap with 1-pc walnut grip. Butt marked “USN/JLH”. PROVENANCE: The Estate of G. W. “Bill” Stewart of Sonora, Texas. CONDITION: All matching SNs, all metal surfaces retaining an untouched even brown finish with no factory orig finish remaining. Grips are excellent with very good fit.
