Both head and separate bisque shoulder are incised “Bru Jne 10”. She has lovely blue/grey paperweight eyes, well modeled nose, mouth and philtrum, and with deep dimple in chin. White leather body still retains all of its original paper label and has gusset joints at the hips and knees. The upper arms are kid over metal with hinge joints at the elbow and well modeled and detailed lower bisque arms. She wears an antique blond mohair wig over original cork pate, a white net and lace dress and cape, antique socks, and brown leather shoes impressed on the soles “Bru Jne Paris 12”. SIZE: 28″ t (71cm). PROVENANCE: The Madelyn Trotter Collection. CONDITION: Very good with possible well done restoration to several fingers on right hand, slight firing separation inside the head does not go all the way to outer surface and is not a damage. 1-14430 (12,000-15,000) – Lot 1208
