*DWM 1906 SWISS CROSS IN SHIELD LUGER PISTOL.

SN 14307. Cal. .30 Luger, 4-3/4″ bbl, with full SN on bottom. Swiss Cross in Shield above chamber. DWM scroll on center toggle link. Swiss Crown/M proofs on both sides of receiver. Small digit SN applied by DWM, delivered in 1914. “P. 55” (released by Swiss Military in 1955) on left frame rail. Numbered parts on gun are matching. Grip safety. Unnumbered checkered walnut grips. Proper Swiss wood bottom magazine with metal discs and numbers that do not match. Magazine spine in engraved “Riedtmann” (most likely the family name of the original owner). PROVENANCE: The Estate Collection of Phil A. Bleakney, Jr. CONDITION: Very fine, retaining 98% original blue and 85% original straw. Grips are lightly worn and retain original color. Magazine has minor nicks on wood bottom. Bore is bright and sharp. Mechanics are fine. 49059-175 BWS (1,500-2,500) – Lot 1205
