Tiffany Studios desk lamp has a green pulled feather favrile glass shade with gold iridescence outlining each pulled feather all against a cream colored background. Shade is signed inside the fitter “L.C.T. Favrile”. Shade rests on a Tiffany Studios bronze base with green glass cabochon jewels encircling the foot, top of platform has cast bronze stylized leaves extending up the shaft to form the 4 arm spider. Base is finished with a medium brown patina and subtle green and red highlights. Signed on the underside “Tiffany Studio New York 28604”. Lamp retains a Sotheby’s Auction tag. SIZE: Shade 7″ dia. Lamp 12-3/4″ T. PROVENANCE: Jean Paul Loup Collection. CONDITION: Shade is very good to excellent.
