Black top hat with yellow band and faux buckle. Further accented by a red and yellow “feather” badge ornament (one tip missing). Interior shows mounting bracket. SIZE: 8-1/4″ h. CONDITION: Good to very good with chipping and crazing to paint. Top of ornament badge was bent sometime ago resulting in paint loss at the bend. 1-15149 (200-300) – Lot 1191
