TIFFANY STUDIOS POPPY TABLE LAMP.

Tiffany Studios table lamp has leaded shade with orange and red poppies against a striated green, yellow and brown background. Poppies are bordered by a band of striated green leaves. Stamen of each open poppy is done with acid etched bronze overlay. Interior of shade is also finished with acid etched bronze overlay depicting the veining in the leaves. Shade is signed on interior edge “Tiffany Studios N.Y. 1461”. Shade rests on a Tiffany Studios stick base with 3 socket cluster and replacement heat cap. Base is finished in a statuary patina and has been re-wired with appropriate cloth cord. Lamp retains a Sotheby’s Auction tag. Base is signed on the underside “Tiffany Studios New York 533”. SIZE: Shade 16-3/4″ dia. Lamp 21-1/2″ t. PROVENANCE: Jean Paul Loup Collection. CONDITION: Shade is very good to excellent with very few if any tight hairlines.
