KPM PORCELAIN PLAQUE.

KPM porcelain plaque depicts a royal Princess or Queen possibly Katherine the Great, she is wearing a gold dress with ermine shawl held on her shoulders by a pearl and jeweled clasp. She also has a pearl band in her hair along with a pearl and jeweled hair piece with gold fern shaped leaf with red and blue gems. Plaque is housed in an ornate gold frame with velvet liner. Signed on the back side with impressed scepter mark “K.P.M.” with initial “H”, numbered “315_255”. SIZE: Plaque 10″ w x 12-1/2″ t. Frame (overall) 20″ w x 23″ t. PROVENANCE: Dr. Mark Jackson Collection. CONDITION: Plaque is very good to excellent. Frame has some wear and flaking to finish. 49863-40 (2,000-4,000) – Lot 1163
