Large KPM plaque depicts an elderly woman with scarf on her head wearing a fur coat. Plaque is beautifully detailed showing individual strands of fur and wrinkles in the face. Housed in a wooden, gold leaf frame with velvet liner and carries a brass presentation plaque titled Portrait of an Old Woman by Balthaser Danner 1686-1749. Plaque is marked on the back with impressed scepter mark “K.P.M.” along with initial “H”. SIZE: Plaque 12-1/4″ w x 15-1/4″ t. Frame (overall) 19-3/4″ w x 22-3/4″ t.
