Handel obverse painted shade has scenic decoration of heavily enameled trees with autumn colored foliage and two robins flying between the trees with 1 robin perched on a tree limb all set against a gold iridescent chipped ice back ground. Shade is signed on interior edge “Handel 6953” and artist signed on the obverse “Broggi”. Shade rests on original Handel base with turned stem, 3 socket cluster and fleur-de-lis cap base is signed on the underside with applied cloth tag “Handel”. SIZE: Shade 17-3/4″ dia. Lamp 23″ t.
