FIVE AUTOMOTIVE PENNY TOYS.

Nice select grouping of unusual penny toys. A wonderful pair of Irish mail – both a single (Meier) & a double (probably Kellermann?), a unique elongated race car #4, truck with open bed containing a sheep manufactured by Meier, and a large fanciful limousine with windup motor manufactured by Fischer. Overall a great & desirable lot. Penny toys are in very good plus to fine condition, slightly heavier wear to wheels on double Irish mail, and some very light scuffing to grey body of race car. A light cleaning would remove years of dust on a few of these & bring back the original litho lustre. SIZE: Varies from 3-1/4″ to 5″ l. PROVENANCE: The Estate of Carol and Jerry Soling.
