SN S115083.C. Cal. 12 ga. 32″ bbl, ventilated rib, 2-3/4″ chamber, Full choke. Twin beads. Wedding band engraving at muzzle, engraved wedges at breech. Bbl engraved “L.C. SMITH CROWN TRAP” on right side, “MADE TO ORDER BY THE HUNTER ARMS CO INC FULTON NY” on left side. Trap style beavertail forend with schnable tip, blued banjo release, forend iron case colored. Auto ejector. Crown Grade fully engraved receiver with vignette left side of two dog hunting scene & right side with oval vignette of two Pointers. Gold inlaid crown on top lever. Long tang trigger bow nicely engraved. Gun is mounted in nicely grained walnut. Checkered straight grip Monte Carlo buttstock with checkered cheeks. Reproduction Hawkins red vented pad. LOP 14-1/2″ over pad. DAC 1-3/8″. DAH 1-5/8″. CONDITION: Very good. Bbl with nicely aged blue with wear at muzzle, breech & forend attachment points. Light pitting under blue. Mirror bore. Receiver & top lever with above average amounts of orig case color with typical wear, mostly on belly & high sides of receiver. Blued trigger guard lightly dented & wavy where trigger joins tang. Nice wood finish which has been enhanced. Sharp checkering with scattered dents. Top lever slightly right. Gun is tight with crisp mechanics.
