DAUM NANCY SEAGULL VASE.

Daum vase has opalescent acid textured body with three cameo seagulls in flight which are further decorated with gray enamel defining the feathers, a gray enamel sea turtle raises its head from the ocean below, and a setting sun with cameo sun rays highlighted with gilding, lower portion of vase with carved and enameled waves, and top and bottom rim finished with gilding. Vase is signed on the underside in gold “Daum Nancy” with the Cross of Lorraine. SIZE: 8″ t. PROVENANCE: From an Unreserved Texas Estate.
