Lawson 1913″ Accompanied by copies of the original descent/sales letters indicating a location of Westport, CT however further research indicates that this is most likely a New York scene SIZE: 25″ x 28”. Overall: 32-1/2″ x 36″ PROVENANCE: Wedding gift from the artist to Laura Gardin Fraser in 1913; By descent to Leila Gardin Sawyer, sister of the original owner; Current owner acquired from Elizabeth Ives Bartholet, New York Art consultant in 1968 CONDITION: Very good restored condition. Lined to arrest craquelure and shrinkage cracks with small amount of loss 50159-1 (20,000-40,000) – Lot 1118
