*WINCHESTER MODEL 1894 SEMI-DELUXE LEVER ACTION RIFLE WITH HALF ROUND HALF OCTAGON BARREL AND BUTTON MAGAZINE.SN 265995. Cal. 30-30. 26″ half rnd half oct bbl. Lyman front sight with “certifiable pre-ban ivory” bead. Half magazine, straight grain American walnut stock with checkered pistol grip and forend. Winchester pistol grip cap, and crescent buttplate. Julia in regards to your Purchase of an Ivory Object." This information is located in the front section of our catalog. CONDITION: Very good. Bbl retains 80% orig blue finish with some muzzle wear, high point wear, and a small area of erosion on top of bbl which appears to have been caused by a fingerprint. Bore is frosty with strong rifling. Receiver retains 60-70% blue finish with high point and carry wear and some slight scratching on both sides. Hammer and lever retain generous traces of case color in protected areas. Stocks are very good and full sized. Stocks show a few small handling marks overall. Checkering is sharp. Winchester pistol grip cap is very good. Crescent buttplate shows a silver-gray finish overall with some erosion a heel. Forend cap retains 20-30% blue.
