G. ARGY-ROUSSEAU ROSACES NIGHTLIGHT.

G. Argy-Rousseau nightlight has pate de verre shade in the Rosaces pattern with three red flowers surrounding the bottom half of the shade, each flower has a center green cabochon. All against a decorated background of alternating dark and light purple panels, dark panels have an incised stylized leaf pattern. Shade rests on a tooled iron base with three round hammered iron ball feet. Shade is signed on the side “G. Argy-Rousseau”. Pictured in the book G. Argy-Rousseau Glassware as Art by Janine Bloch-Dermant in the catalogue raisonne section on pg 193, photo 23.15. SIZE: 7″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent.
