BOXED LEHMANN ALABAMA COON JIGGER.

A phenomenal virtually near mint example of a classic “Coon Jigger” toy manufactured by a bevy of toy companies in the earlier part of the 20th century. The simulated wooden base this fellow would tap dance on shows virtually no wear whatsoever and an unusual feature, is the name “Oh-My” along with the Lehman trademark is litho’d onto this flooring as well. The vibrancy of the litho not only on the base but the figure as well is remarkable. Again, this toy appears as though one just went into the store and purchased it yesterday. Absolutely stunning all-original condition! The box itself is exceptionally strong and opening the interior, a dual set of instructions is present along with the original tie-down string within. A slight tear on one end of the cardboard box which could easily be reinforced. SIZE: Overall approx 10″ t. PROVENANCE: The Estate of Carol and Jerry Soling.
