Rookwood plaque is decorated with winter scene with snow covered meadow with pine trees in distance and tall snow covered mountains behind set against a winter sky. Plaque is signed in lower right corner with conjoined initials “FR” for Frank Rothenbusch. Plaque is marked on reverse with impressed flame marked and dated 1913. Housed in a heavy quarter sawn oak frame. SIZE: Plaque 10-1/2″ w x 8-1/2″ t (approximately). Frame 15-5/8″ w x 13-3/4″ t. PROVENANCE: Dean & Kate Armstrong Collection.
