BOXED KiCo POOL PLAYER ALONG WITH NIFTY TOONERVILLE TROLLEY.An exceptionally fine close to near mint boxed lithographed pool player. The lithography is vibrant and bright with minimal wear, most noticeable to where arm would brush against the side of his body. The box itself is a “brick” with a great label depicting the toy and referring to the gentleman as the Great Billiard Champion. Several small balls are contained within and likely not original to the toy. Mechanics are in functional working condition. Along with this pool player is the classic tin windup Toonerville Trolley by Nifty. This particular toy is in phenomenal original condition with bright litho and virtually no darkening or wear to eccentric. Toy is in mechanical working order. Further included with this lot is an original Toonerville Trolley cardboard box, but the box itself was actually for the cast iron Toonerville and not the tin windup. SIZE: Approx 6″ and 5″ l respectively. PROVENANCE: The Estate of Carol and Jerry Soling. CONDITION: As stated above. 1-14632 (600-800) – Lot 1076 Auction: Advertising, Toy & Doll Auction - Fall 2014 Please Note: All prices include the hammer price plus the buyer’s premium, which is paid by the buyer as part of the purchase price.
