TWO FRENCH ENAMELED VASES.

1) Daum vase has an enameled scene of a gondola in a harbor with sailboats on opposite sides with an enameled city in the background. All against an internally decorated ground of mottled white, orange, yellow and blue. Signed on the underside in black enamel “Daum Nancy” with the cross of Lorraine along with artists conjoined initials “AL”. 2) Lamartine vase has cameo and enameled scene of a sailboat on a lake with purple mountains in the background and trees along the shore. All against a striated yellow and cream internally decorated ground. Signed on the side of the vase near foot “Lamartine”. SIZE: 1) 3-1/4″ t. 2) 2-3/8″ t.
