*EARLY 1950’S ERA BROWNING GRADE 1 20 GAUGE SUPERPOSED SHOTGUN.

SN 18846. Cal. 20 ga. 28″ ventilated rib bbls, marked as 2-3/4″ and 3″ chambers, chokes marked IC/MOD. Single metal front bead. Auto ejectors. Grade 1 style engraved receiver. Gold washed trigger. Stock configuration RKLT. Browning marked buttplate. LOP 14-1/4″. Non-auto safety. PROVENANCE: Remarkable William Larkin Moore Private Estate Collection of Fine Sporting Arms. CONDITION: Good. Bbls have kept a majority of their orig blue with thinning at muzzle & minor handling marks. Bores appear bright. Nice receiver blue with wear on belly & around safety. Blue on edges of trigger bow & lower tang thinning. Wood is sound with orig finish but many areas of finish loss on buttstock & forend along with normal handling marks. Checkering good.
