MOSER DECORATED PARROT VASE.

Moser green shading to clear glass vase is decorated with a sculptural applied and enameled parrot resting on an oak branch. The parrot is surrounded by colorfully enameled oak leaves and branches which extend around all four sides and onto the wide lip. Vase is also decorated with applied acorns all around. Vase is pictured in the book Moser Glass: The Klabin Collection by Gary D. Baldwin, pg. 14, plate 14. SIZE: 8″ t. PROVENANCE: George Klabin Collection.
