THREE VARIOUS SIZED J. & E. STEVENS CROWN BANKS AND A PRESTO MECHANICAL BANK BY KYSER & REX.

The largest of the crown banks approx. 4-3/4″ tall is enameled in yellow with blue highlighting and red base & roof line. The mid-sized approx 3-1/2″ tall is painted gold with copper highlighting. The smallest, approx 3″, is yellow with blue highlighting & red base and partial red roof. All three banks overall are in good to very good condition with typical wear, especially at edges. The Presto mechanical or should I say semi-mechanical has a japanned finish with red trim & gilt highlighting. Bank still retains its original keyed trap on underside, key for trap is present as well. Overall condition is very good to fine and approx 4-1/4″ tall. SIZE: As stated above. PROVENANCE: The Estate of Carol and Jerry Soling. CONDITION: As stated above, the small Crown bank appears to have been coated with a lacquer which is evident by black lighting rear of bank and one can see original yellow paint at coin slot with probable lacquering applied over entire bank. 1-14652, 1-14669-1 (600-900) – Lot 1026
