Large pair of Moser ewers are decorated with sculptural applied and enameled parrots with wings spread resting atop an applied and enameled tree limb. The parrots are surrounded by brightly enameled oak leaves and applied acorns all set against a light green glass background. Each ewer has an applied clear glass handle. Each is signed on the underside “Moser 842 D678 Austria”. Ewers are pictured in the book Moser Glass: The Klabin Collection by Gary D. Baldwin, pgs 50-51, plates 59 & 60. SIZE: 17-1/2″ t.
