A great semi-mechanical bank made in Philadelphia depicting the Independence Tower. Beautiful, delicate, elaborate castings, being enameled in various colors, this bank has quite a presence. A light cleaning to the colored section to remove years of “shelf dust” would further enhance the appeal of this bank. The penny can be deposited directly inside the bank and a lever would allow a child to strike the bell within. A great example in wonderful original condition! SIZE: Approx 9-1/2″ t.
