Tiffany Studios desk lamp has bronze counterbalance base with decorative pods on top of round platform and stylized flower form holding the counterbalance ball. Base has adjustable angle as well as adjustable shade angle and is finished in a rich brown patina. Base supports a green favrile glass shade with spiderweb design in platinum iridescence descending from the fitter with a gold iridescent swirling band encircling the lip. Shade is signed in the fitter “L.C.T. Favrile”. Base is signed “Tiffany Studios New York 415”. SIZE: Shade 8″ dia. Lamp 17-1/2″ t. CONDITION: Shade is very good to excellent. Base is very good to excellent with some minor wear and discoloration to patina. Rewired with contemporary plastic cord. 1101-158 (9,500-11,500) – Lot 1018
