Daum covered box is decorated on the sides and top with cameo stems, leaves and berries. The leaves are enameled in shades of green and amber while the berries are enameled in shades of orange. All set against a mottled purple shading to cream background. Signed on the side in enamel “Daum Nancy” with the cross of Lorraine. SIZE: 5-1/2″ dia x 3″ t. PROVENANCE: From a prominent Midwest collection. CONDITION: Very good to excellent, there is some minor bubbling to the enamel on several leaves obviously from the making. 51158-33 (1,500-2,500) – Lot 1016
