DAUM CAMEO AND ENAMELED HANDLED VASE.

Daum vase has cameo decoration of leaves and vines descending from the top against a mottled green, red, purple and yellow background. The cameo leaves are enameled in autumn shades with subtle green veining to the leaves. The vase is further decorated with an applied glass beetle resting on one leaf. Vase is finished with a pulled lip which meets the sides of the vase forming two continuous handles. Signed on the underside with engraved signature “Daum Nancy” with the cross of Lorraine. SIZE: 7-1/4″ t. CONDITION: Very good with tool marks on one leaf, near applied beetle from manufacture. 51212-7 (7,000-10,000) – Lot 1004
