G. ARGY ROUSSEAU “ANEMONES” BOWL.

G. Argy Rousseau pate de verre bowl has orange petaled flowers with dark brown centers and stems encircling the bowl against a mottled yellow and cream background. The bowl is marked on the side with impressed signature “G. Argy-Rousseau”. The bowl is further marked on the underside with impressed block letters “France”. The bowl is pictured in the book G. Argy-Rousseau Glassware As Art, by Janine Bloch-Dermant, in the catalog raisonne section pg. 183, figure 20.15. SIZE: 2-7/8″ t x 4-3/8″ dia. PROVENANCE: Dr. Robert LeVere Collection.
