SN 1192427. .22 LR. 19 1/2″ bbl w/hooded ramp front sight and fold down rear. Round top receiver is marked with maker’s banner and is grooved for tipoff rings. Adj trigger, 5-rnd detachable magazine. Figured walnut stock is full-length to muzzle with ebony tip, skip line checkering, cheekpiece, grooved hard rubber buttplate, and sling eyes (rear missing). CONDITION: Excellent. SN 4943. Cal. 22 LR. 24-1/2″ sporter bbl with ramp front sight with bead insert, 200M tangent rear sight. Unique semi auto receiver with manual single shot override is marked with maker’s banner. Rear top tang fitted with adjustable aperture peep sight. Stock has ball style hand rest made of cork, fitted at balance point. Military style safety, 5 rnd detachable mag. Sporter style walnut stock with checkered semi pistol grip, Walther marked hard rubber buttplate. Factory sling swivels with canvas and leather sling. Bbl and rec retain about 80% blue finish with light scattered pitting and handling marks throughout. Wood shows numerous handing marks from usage. Buttplate is good. Mechanics are crisp. SN 11284. Cal. .22. Deluxe rifle variation with checkered pistol grip finger groove stock and 24″ bbl. Crown “N” proof with Nitro indication. Sliding tangent rear sight and Walther banner buttplate. Equipped with appropriate European cloth and leather sling. PROVENANCE: The Esteemed Collection Of Noted Expert And Author Warren Buxton. CONDITION: Good overall with most blue finish having turned plum with high points being dove grey. Numerous small scratches and abrasions exist. Bore and mechanics appear to be fine after manual inspection. Stock has a number of rather large gouges in bottom of forearm and a previously repaired crack in right side at finger groove emitting towards trigger. Stock finish is worn with approximately 40% remaining. SN 852. Cal. .22. 26″ rnd bbl. Unusual bolt auto design utilizing an unknown Romer type handgun. One piece walnut stock with finger groove and metal buttplate with ID plaque attached to bottom right of stock (Waffensammlung der Stadt Suhl Nr.487). Firearm is without mag. PROVENANCE: The Esteemed Collection Of Noted Expert And Author Warren Buxton. CONDITION: Good overall with metal components having suffered poor storage with evidence of light corrosion overall and some pitting mixed with blue finish. Stock is good as well with numerous bumps and scratches with some storage marks on left side. Bore is fair with some darkness. SN 7T73233. Cal. 22 lr. Bbl marked “Browning Arms Company St. Louis MO. & Montreal P.Q./Made in Belgium”. Flip-up front sight. Standard config Grade 1 with light scroll and zigzag pattern on border. Buttstock with two-point checkering over serrated lined steel butt. Forearm checkered in three-point pattern. Housed in an orig tan Browning takedown rifle case with key. CONDITION: Extremely fine. Appears test fired only. Brilliant shiny bore. Buttstock and forearm are near mint and retain virtually all orig high-gloss finish.
