BURMESE SUGAR AND CREAM PITCHER. Lovely Mt. Washington Burmese sugar and cream pitcher has coloring of deep salmon to bright yellow at the base. Both sugar and cream pitcher have applied yellow wishbone feet with the cream pitcher also having an applied yellow handle all in an acid finish. Each has an applied prunt on the underside at the pontil. SIZE: Sugar: 2-3/4″ t x 3-1/2″ at the opening. CONDITION: The sugar is very good to excellent. IMPORTANT MUSEUM QUALITY MONUMENTAL MT. WASHINGTON ROYAL FLEMISH DOUBLE HANDLED VASE. Featuring a superb decoration of Egyptian design with two Egyptian men in full dress with a camel. Central cartouche features an allover background design with many gold stars and three pyramids. One of the exotic figures is holding a saber in one hand and a water jug in the other. The entire surface of the vase is sectioned off and features Persian-like designs in medallions. One also features a sacred Egyptian bird with pyramids. Background colors are deep rust with heavily raised gold designs. Two applied handles complete the masterpiece. A large and unusual example features a shaded yellow to white background with an outstanding decoration of roses, leaves, branches and buds also a butterfly and bee. Interesting note accompanies the vase that indicates this was purchased from the Condon sisters in New Bedford, MA in 1970 as a wedding gift to their mother in the 1890’s from their relative the Smith Bros. SWISS MARBLE CLOCK. Fine hand painted clock face features a Victorian child in blue dress with a sheep with flowers, grass and a column in the background signed “Rivier”. All is trimmed with Roman numerals and is set against a blue background. Entire face is set in brass mount with a goat on either side. Clock face is signed “Swiss” and the reverse is marked “Swiss” above the turn-key, “Chevron” and “8 Jours” below the turn-key as well as “16245” and “1764”. Clock is mounted on a piece of silver and white marble with four bronze feet. SIZE: Overall height is 7”. Base is 6-3/4” w. PORCELAIN & GILT BRONZE CLOCK SUITE. Wonderful gilt clock has pink porcelain face with center of dial painted with two cherubs. Remainder of face is decorated with gold sprays. Porcelain panels painted with musical instruments and flowers adorn the bottom, sides and top of the clock. Clock is topped with an urn shaped finial with matching porcelain body. The suite is completed with two side urns of gilt bronze frames with urn bodies in pink porcelain with center cartouche of man and woman in courting scenes. HISTORICAL 14KT GOLD THREE PIECE DRESSER SET BY DOMINIC & HAFF. Each piece is monogrammed “JGH” which stands for James Goodwin Hall. Hall was the founder and treasurer of the American Quarterhorse Association. He was also a member of the famed 111th Esquadrille. He originally married Ann Burnett of the famed Texas Burnett Ranch. Later in his second marriage he married Ann Tandy (which went on to become Tandy Computer at a later point and time). Hall was a very colorful Texan. The set consists of a small rectangular box, a shallow rectangular tray and a single hand mirror. All pieces are marked “14k” and are by Dominic & Haff. Total weight is approx. 8.4 troy ounces. VICTORIAN CENTERPIECE. Very unique centerpiece has square glass bowl of clear crystal impressed with bamboo leaf design with a bird resting on bamboo shoots on each of the four sides of the bowl. Bowl rests in a magnificent metal stand which depicts a turtle with dragon head and peacock tail with a stork-like bird standing on its back. The bowl rests within the bird’s back. WEDGWOOD FAIRYLAND LUSTRE PUNCHBOWL. Spectacular Fairyland Lustre punchbowl is decorated with Poplar Tree pattern on the exterior with green Poplar trees framing views of an Italianate park with cypresses, statues and a fountain, a bridge over river as well as an architectural feature which appears to be a viaduct or a bridge. The interior of the punchbowl is decorated in Woodland Bridge featuring a great deal of detail. A slender tree in the foreground supports a bird’s nest and extends up from an elaborate root system. The entire pattern has numerous hidden elves and trolls. Birds and fairies fly across the multi-colored sky. Bottom of the bowl is finished with a center medallion with a mermaid gazing into a mirror. Signed on the underside with Portland vase mark, “Wedgwood” and “Made in England”. SIZE: 9-3/4” dia x 5” t. Outstanding Fairyland Lustre Lincoln plate is decorated with the “Roc Centre” pattern featuring crimson and violet Imps on a Bridge with a green bird flying above six crimson imps with a green and yellow-brown bridge. Two brown goblins are present next to the trunk of a palm tree. Wonderful Fairyland Lustre vase is in the Willow pattern and has beautifully decorated violet tree trunks and flower spikes, green leaves and lanterns of red and yellow with orange lustre which are surrounded by a view of sky and water of blue lustre over a rich blue-green shade. The houses are black with torches of crimson and the conventional “Candle Lighthouse” on the bridge is reflected in orange ripples. A group of violet gnomes shelters under black toadstool umbrellas at the base. The chestnut leaflets are not hatched in gold print as they are in both Flame and Moonlight Fairyland. Very rare miniature Wedgwood Fairyland Lustre York cup in the Nizami pattern is decorated on the outside with a background of striated blue-green color with gold geometric border. The central interior has a scene of two deers gazing in the fields in a detail reserved on green ground, the rim with a gilt fretwork band border (illustrated in Unda des Fontaines Wedgwood Fairyland Lustre page 259, fig. 126b). The central pattern features two deer in shades of which surrounded by gilt trees in greens, reds and oranges. The sky is also orange and green with blues and a background of purple.
