Bbls are proofed for 2-1/2″ chambers. Case hardened boxlock action with automatic safety, crossbolt third fastener, and dbl triggers is engraved with 70% scroll. Smokey marbled European walnut straight grip buttstock measures 14-1/2″ over old Silver pad on tapered spacer to change pitch. Splinter ejector forend has Deeley release. Bore diameter: left -.732, right – .732. Bore restrictions: left – .033 (full), right – .018 (mod). Wall thickness: left – .029, right – .029. Drop at heel: 2-3/8″, drop at comb: 1-9/16″. Cast: neutral. Weight: 6 lbs. 5 oz. LOP: 14-1/2″. CONDITION: Good to fine, as partially refinished. Bbls have most of an old re-black over numerous light marks. Action retains 20% orig color. Sidelock square back action features automatic safety, square crossbolt, and dbl triggers. Action is engraved with 80% coverage well cut scroll surrounding vignettes of pigeons in flight. Relatively plain European walnut straight grip buttstock measures 14-1/2″ over Silver type pad. Matching short splinter ejector forend has Scott’s patented release lever. Bore diameter: left -.731, right – .731. Bore restrictions: left – .022 (mod), right – .011 (lt mod). Wall thickness: left – .030, right – .031. Drop at heel: 2-1/4″, drop at comb: 1-1/2″. Cast: neutral. Weight: 6 lbs. 15 oz. LOP: 14-1/2″. CONDITION: Good, as partially refinished. Bbls retain most of what appears to be orig blue, considerably thinned and brown.
