SOMERS STAINED GLASS LEADED WINDOW.

Contemporary stained glass artists Somers Studio created this unique window with red and amber drapery glass poppy petals with amber chunk jewels in the center of each poppy. Stems and leaves are done in shades of green and yellow glass, all set against a heavily mottled green and cream background. The window is plated on the backside with textured glass behind the poppy flowers and confetti glass behind much of the mottled background. Signed with applied brass tag “Original Somers Stained Glass, Deer Park, NY”. SIZE: 41-3/4″ x 27-3/4″. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 52019-2 (9,000-12,000) – Lot 1725
