Very pretty Burgun & Schverer vase has cameo decoration of violet colored flowers, bright green leaves and brown stems set against a yellow and salmon mottled background. Flowers are wheel carved and the vase is finished with random patches of martele work, gilded highlights, as well as icicle trim at the rim. Signed on the underside with gold thistle mark “Verrerie D’art de Lorraine BS & Co” and “depose”. SIZE: 5″ t. PROVENANCE: Rudd Collection, Chicago, IL.
