TIFFANY STUDIOS NEWEL POST LAMP.

Tiffany Studios newel post lamp has decorated bronze base with ribbed platform foot and applied bronze wire decoration surrounding the shaft. The lamp has three curved arms supporting shades and a center shaft with an additional shade. Base is finished in dark brown patina and signed on the underside “Tiffany Studios New York 315”. The lamp is completed with four favrile glass tulip shades with translucent green pulled feather design descending from the fitter against a cream colored background. Three of the shades are signed “L.C.T.”; one is unsigned. SIZE: Lamp is 29″ to top of shade. PROVENANCE: From the Unreserved Estate of Lynda Cunningham. CONDITION: Base is very good to excellent. Rewired with contemporary plastic cord. One shade has a small shell-shaped flake to side of fitter.
