Late 19th century, American. The molded arched cornice with central rondel above the molded frieze over the case now fitted with five adjustable shelves. The case sides each with recessed molded panel joined to canted fluted pilasters surmounted by corbels with scrolled volutes. The bookcase with two rows of two aligned short drawers with thumb molded edges and cast-metal handles. SIZE: 10′ 4″ t x 5′ w x 14″ d. PROVENANCE: From a Maine/Texas estate being sold unreserved.
