Last quarter 19th century, England. This painted and decorated example rendered from the back of a William IV sideboard. The borders with applied moldings centering an inverted crest. The sign painted in cream with blue letters trimmed in gold. SIZE: 35-1/2″ h x 58″ w. CONDITION: Retains original painted surfaces now weathered, faded, and with some paint loss. Most noticeable through the middle of the word “Flowers”. The board somewhat bowed through the center. Fair overall. 51311-6 (1,200-1,500) – Lot 2461
