HANDEL BIRDS IN FLIGHT BOUDOIR LAMP.

Handel boudoir lamp has obverse painted shade with groves of trees and birds flying between the trees all against a gold iridescent background. Shade is signed on inside rim “Handel 6911” and also artist signed on the obverse “F. Gurisch”. Shade rests on an oriental style base with openwork design around the foot with rich brown finish. SIZE: Shade 6-3/4″ dia. Lamp 14-1/2″ t. CONDITION: Shade is very good to excellent, with some very minor roughness to inside of top rim. Base has a glue repair where the stem meets the foot.
