*1917 DATED DWM ARTILLERY LUGER WITH HOLSTER.

SN 996b. Cal. 9mm. Standard configuration with 7-7/8″ bbl. Front sight without windage. Tangent rear sight with fine elevation adjustment. All numbers match except for firing pin (no 55) and correct type beech grips (unnumbered). Magazine with walnut base plug is also unnumbered. Accompanied by brown leather holster with indecipherable makers mark, and “Berlin” under flap. CONDITION: Excellent, retaining over 80% orig wartime blue with considerable flecking and thinning. Small parts retain about 40% orig straw. Fine bore, lightly pitted with slight bulge 1″ back from muzzle. Mechanically fine. Leather of holster has fine gloss finish with some light rubs.
