HANDEL 6518D SHADE WITH BASE.

Handel dome shaped shade has reverse painted decoration of a band of stylized poppies surrounding the bottom of the shade against a dark blue and yellow mottled background. Shade is signed on the inside edge “Handle 6518.D”. Shade rests on a non-Handel lamp base with brown finish, 3 socket cluster and solid cap with pointed finial. Unsigned. SIZE: Shade 16″ dia. Lamp 23″ t. CONDITION: Shade is very good to excellent, there is a 2-1/2″ section on bottom rim of shade that did not get textured in the etching process. Base very good to excellent, missing the Bakelite grommet where cord exits the base. 49696-4 (1,500-2,500) – Lot 1490
