ROYAL FLEMISH DECORATED EWER.

Royal Flemish ewer has floral decoration of lavender colored chrysanthemums against a light lavender frosted ground. Ewer is further decorated with gilt outlines of additional flowers and leaves as well as applied and gilt wavy lines creating sections of the ewer. Ewer has a band of applied and gilt flowers and scrolls encircling the shoulder and is finished with an applied clear and gilt glass rope handle. Signed on the underside with “RF” inside a diamond. Ewer also carries original paper tag from Brookside Antiques, New Bedford, Mass. SIZE: 14″ t. CONDITION: Approximately 1/2″ section of applied wavy line is missing near bottom of ewer, otherwise very good to excellent. 49748-3 (2,000-3,000) – Lot 1349
