LOT OF 4 FIGURAL NAPKIN RINGS.1) Triton, the mythological Greek sea god which is half man and half fish, blows a trumpet formed of a conch shell. Also known among napkin ring collectors as “Child of the Sea”. Marked “Meriden B. Company #201”. Plate 351. CONDITION: Silver is only fair. 2) Pan, the Greek god of shepherds and hunters, dances on an oval, woodland base along side a barrel-shaped napkin holder. Marked “Pairpoint Mfg. Co. #85”. Plate 343. CONDITION: Silver is good. 3) A child dressed in shorts stands on a ball mounted on a round base. His arms are raised with a drumstick in each hand. He supports the napkin holder, designed as a drum, by a rope around his neck. Marked Rogers & Bro. #159. Plate 676-right. CONDITION: Silver is good. 4) A long-tailed bird with outstretched wings perches atop napkin holder with ball feet. No makers mark or numbers. CONDITION: Silver is fair.
