LOT OF 3 FIGURAL NAPKIN RINGS.1) Kate Greenaway-type children play on a teeter-totter. Base is a rectangle with half-circle ends. Marked “Simpson, Hall, Miller & Co. #029”. Plate 567. CONDITION: Silver is fair to good. 2) A Kate Greenaway-type boy lies on a rectangular base with chamfered corners. The fancy, cut-out napkin holder rests on his back. Marked “James W. Tufts #1617”. Plate 523 right. CONDITION: Probably replated years ago. 3) A very unusual napkin ring/toothpick holder combination. A black boy stands on a raised, round base. His left hand rests on the napkin holder. In his right hand, he holds an umbrella aloft, with holes in it for the toothpicks. The boy wears a top hat and a bow tie on his shirt. But, his body is some sort of fabric. There is no silver on this piece, no makers marks or numbers. CONDITION: Good.
