CLASSIQUE ISLAND SCENE LAMP.

Classique table lamp has reverse painted shade with palm trees decorating one side of the shade with the ocean visible through the trees. Back side of the shade shows a grassy shore with ocean waves and the moon peeking out behind a cloud. Shade is finished on the exterior in chipped ice. Signed on the edge of the lip “Classique 1918 LK”. Shade rests on original Classique base with six sided foot and urn shaped stem with cast garland decoration. Base has a dark brown patina and two socket cluster. Signed on side of the riser “Classique Lamps” with Classique logo. Also signed on the underside “Classique Lamps” with the Classique logo. SIZE: Shade 18″ dia. Lamp 22-1/2″ t. CONDITION: Shade is very good to excellent. Base is very good to excellent. Rewired with contemporary plastic cord. 49042-33 (1,500-2,500) – Lot 1753
