DAUM WHEEL CARVED CAMEO VASE.

Daum tobacco flower vase has dark reddish amber cameo tobacco leaves ascending from the foot with slender stems leading to the tobacco flowers and buds. The flowers and buds are wheel carved with very nice detail. The cameo decoration is set against a yellow mottled background with textured surface near the top of the vase. Signed on the side with engraved signature “Daum Nancy” with the cross of Lorraine. SIZE: 19″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with some minor roughness on top of foot from the making. 1101-87 (2,500-3,500) – Lot 1557
