Leaded & stained glass window shows a lady on a bench reading a book. Lady’s dress is done in white drapery glass. There is a gazebo in the background set against a purple and cream colored sky. Vining flowers adorn the top of the window and flow around the lady’s head. The vines are done in blue, purple and green granite glass leaves and pink and lavender flowers. Lady’s hair, face, arms and hands are painted. Window is housed in its original mahogany frame. Window is backed with a solid panel of clear glass for protection. Window is unsigned, attributed to Lafarge. SIZE: 60″ w x 48″ t. CONDITION: Tight hairline in bottom panel of bench. Otherwise very good to excellent. 5-69501 (6,000-8,000) – Lot 2242
