Extremely rare colorful image of Dr. Bell’s spokeswoman “Good Old Granny” Metcalfe ringing her bells to herald “The Medicine That Cures the World Of Coughs, Colds, La Grippe and Incipient Consumption”. Mrs. Metcalfe was an actual Woodford County, KY native who was used as spokeswoman for many years. Dr. Bell founded his company in Paducah, KY in 1894. Only example known to cataloger.
